Greetings!
On Monday our school embarked on a Capital Campaign to jump start our sports program. Academically we challenge our students to excel, offering each student the opportunities to be the best they can be. Today we are asking our community to support further student development by supporting our 2012 Athletic Capital Campaign. In the current fiscal environment, the community will be the key to offering the benefits of this program to our students.
Why is this important?
1. CHSAA acceptance offers our student athletes the ability to be competitive in more than just academics and opens doors for scholarships for our students.
2. With scoreboards in the gyms we will be able to host tournaments.
a. Tournaments allow us to collect entrance fees at all events. Those fees will support our athletic program and allow it to grow as our school grows.
b. Tournaments mean concession sales. TPCA now has a fundraiser available for all of our clubs on site, with a guaranteed audience.
c. Tournaments mean community awareness. We will be able to engage the community and continue to grow our school. Continuing excellence for our students.
If each family donates $30 we will meet our goal and take a solid step toward the development of our Athletic program. More will offer us opportunities to buy needed sports equipment and set up a 501(c)3 for future foundation building.
For those with young children it may seem that the days of basketball and volleyball are far away, they are not. An investment now will help us to have a competitive, fun, enriching program by the time your children can participate.
There are many ways to donate, all are tax deductible.

- Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and other family can become involved as well. Please Forward this email.
- Enhance your donation with matching funds.
