Well-rounded graduate from Twin Peaks High School

DEAR PARENTS,

Beginning in October 2011 there were over $15,000 in unpaid Student Fees needing collection.  While extensive man hours and supplies have been spent to reduce that amount, understand there still remains thousands in outstanding fees.  Collections are not only costly to TPCA, but exhaust much of our Office Staff's valuable time.

It is important to remember that per contract (for services provided) the school district retains $355 for each full time student enrolled at TPCA, which translated to $318,288 less in General Fund revenue for our school to operate on this school year.  Due to decreased state funding, this amount is projected to increase next year to an additional $130 per student, which at projected enrollment would be an additional $135,126 less in operating revenue.  This reduction could become potentially even more should the state legislature find the need to pass a rescission.

TPCA asks that each family make an effort to be responsible for their student fees.
Please contact the Student Registrar - Marilyn Putrah to make your payment or contact
Michele Mansanares in the Business Office to schedule payment arrangements.
Once payment has been made your Parent Portal access will be reactivated and Progress Reports/Report Cards will be distributed.

Thank You,

TPCA Business Office
