TCAP

formerly CSAP
Dear Parents, Starting the week of March 12 through to March 21, students in grades three through ten will be participating in TCAP (Transitional Colorado Assessment Program).
Please view the attached schedule so that you know when your child will be testing. When viewing the schedule, the first number represents the grade level, the letter represents the test (W-Writing, R-Reading. M-Math, S-Science), and the final number represents the test session.
Please help your child do their best by making sure they get plenty of rest each night (March 11 is daylight savings time), eat a good breakfast, and arrive to school on time. Please do not schedule non-emergency appointments during the TCAP testing window as front office staff will not be calling students out of test sessions. Students do their best when testing with their peers, as opposed to testing in make-up situations. With your support our students will demonstrate their true potential.

WILL WE REACH THE NEW GOAL ?
Will the Twin Peaks Students Reach New Goal of 1,500,000 Minutes in the Reading Challenge?
The numbers are not in yet to see if we reached our new goal of 1,500,000 minutes before the last day of the Reading Challenge. Our total is close, but we are hopeful we will see Mr. Finn and Mrs. Feeney dressed up with Mr. Buchman on March 8. To celebrate our success with the Reading Challenge, all students are invited to dress as their favorite character from a book on March 8th. We will have assemblies where we will have drawings for the Leapster Explorer and the Kindles.
Thank you parents for all your support!

HIGH SCHOOL PARENTS
Please pay HS fees separately.
When making payments for your high school student's fees, please ensure that the cash or check payment does not include fees for your elementary or middle school students.
Also, since we maintain separate accounts for high school, we ask that you bring your payment (check or exact cash) to the high school office east campus.
You are also welcome to pay online with your Debit or Credict card through Revtrak
This will help us credit student fees more efficiently and reduce the chances of error.
Thank you! | | |
