On-the-Job Training (OJT) is now available to employers in Manatee and Sarasota Counties! The OJT program is for employers who hire career seekers and provide training, knowledge, or skills essential to perform the job.  Suncoast Workforce reimburses the employer a minimum of 50% of the employee's wage rate during training for a specified period of time. Suncoast Workforce will assist in the recruitment process, job description, candidate screening, and training plan design There is NO COST for this service.
