August 30, 2012 Greetings Friends, This week we are wrapping up our series on God: Characters Welcome. I must admit that I have really enjoyed preaching through this series. There is something so refreshing about hearing that God's people are not perfect, and yet God works in and through them. God's ability to transform and redeem remains the most amazing part of life for me. On Sunday we are going to hear about God's character as displayed in the story of David. David is often known as the man after God's heart. He is also known as the one who sinned in a big way. We will look at what David's story has to do with our story and what God desires from us if we are a people after God's heart. I hope that everyone had a fantastic week and that I will see you Sunday as we join together in community Blessings, Pastor Sarah and the Pastoral Team |
