I came accross this billboard advertisement for Nike and I had to pass it along.  Who among us hasn't felt like this about something, sometime in our lives?    I love the variation on the on the age old "Just Do It" slogan.  Afterall, what are we waiting for???

If the commitment you made yesterday was to improve your fitness and you're still waiting for tomorrow, we can help.  In this months newsletter you will find a number of great programs starting soon for both adults and youth.  This is a great way to commit and challenge yourself with new and fun workouts.

Whether it's a Running Clinic, Kettle Bells, Russian Bootcamp, a pakage of personal training or simply a commitment to a weekly Group Fitness Class, there is no need to wait any longer.

As always, if you have any questions,  I am here to help.
