It may be hard to believe but the first 8 weeks of 2011 have come and gone! This means that if you started a new fitness program early in the new year, it is now the perfect time to reflect, evaluate your success and plan for the next few months.

My experience has shown me that goal setting is a very valuable tool for many people.  Having small, achievable milestones will help you keep focused and provide for a cycle of positive reinforcement as you progress towards long term goals.

Now is the perfect time to meet with one of our personal trainers who can work with you to set some simple goals and design a path to lead you towards success.

As always, I am here to help. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
