Working with Companies/Brokers Utilizing FORMS/CONTRACTS other than ARA's or Companies providing FEWER SERVICES than the TRADITIONAL FULL SERVICE.

Assisting Clients/Customers involved in SHORT SALES/FORECLOSURES.

LEGISLATIVE ISSUES:  AREC July 14 Letter to PB's +EB's 

Changes to Arkansas Real Estate License Law could affect you,  especially if you do "BPO's"   or are involved with RE Companies who provide fewer services than the traditional full-services and also, most importantly, clarifies AGENCY DUTIES for all licensees with Clients with specific list of duties for Sellers-Buyers-Dual.   

AREC Letter was mailed to all Principal Brokers and Designated Executive Brokers who were to share with their licensees.  Continue to watch your mail and email for updates.
