I know it gets so confusing with who needs what for Texas, but hopefully it is clear that the TREC Legal & Ethics Update is onFriday, April 29and you must attend both days from 8:30am to 5:30pmif you need 15+HRS for Texas.

We REALLY Appreciate those that Register in ADVANCE in order to know who needs what and have the paperwork ready!!!

FYI, Friday, April 29 will also meet the "Ethics for NAR-Quadrennial 3" required for all NAR members to complete BEFORE December 2012.  Class Time is 9am-4pm for $60 for the Required ETHICS for NAR Course.

Last year's classes DID NOT include the "Quad 3 Ethics for NAR" due by Dec 2012, but it did cover the TREC Legal & Ethics Update for those licensed in Texas..if you know your Texas Timeframe Requirements.

Thursday, April 28 from 9am -4pm will include the CHANGES to the 2011 ARA + Texas FORMS and Review the Real Estate Contracts in both States.

Arkansas is simple. Youcan take either day from 9am-4pm for $60. Both days are also approved for 6 HRs CE in Texas.

Thursday is Contracts...Friday is Ethics...Good for EITHER or BOTH Texas and/or Arkansas CE Credits

Texas Licensees need to check thehttp://www.trec.state.tx.us/  site to see which topics they need by what date to satisfy their Texas requirements.
