NBCUniversal Celebrates Green Week with New Commitments to Sustainability
 NBC Universal is making a commitment to sustainability across the entire company. As one of the world's largest media and entertainment companies, NBC wants to participate in and help lead one of the most important dialogues as they build a stronger business and a more sustainable world in the process.
Throughout the week from 30 Rock to Eureka the television production crews across the networks of NBCUniversal are done their part to make sure the green messages they relay on screen match the practices they implement behind-the-scenes.

Review of the Infinite Balance Exhibit -Museum of Photographic Arts San Diego
It was a cold rainy day in San Diego, but not letting that get the better of us we headed to the Museum of Photographic Arts in the Balboa Park Museum district. In what was a welcome coincidence, the Infinite Balance exhibition was being held and is the first U.S. presentation of artists shortlisted for the Prix Pictet, the world's top prize for photography and sustainability.

The Prix Pictet has been run since 2008 by Geneva-based private bank Pictet & Cie, and has now established itself as the world's leading prize in photography and sustainability.

U.S Green Chamber Staff Member Spotlight: Ryan Ginard
 Ryan is the Chambers' Advocacy & Government Relations Manager and is currently building the organizations Advocacy Department and developing a significant Policy Platform prior to a national launch in early 2012. He is a strong advocate for energy reform and unlocking the potential of a new green economy - one which he is adamant will be "an economic game changer for the U.S." - to help drive a new era of investment, jobs and growth.
Ryan hails from Brisbane, Australia where he has close to a decade working in politics for both the Queensland State and Australian Federal Parliaments. His most recent position was as the Policy and Media Advisor for the Chair of the Corporations and Financial Services and Sustainable Australia Caucus
Committees. This wealth of experience in government will be invaluable as the chamber moves to become a significant voice for green business at a national level.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology and when he is looking for that all important political detox he can be found kicking a soccer ball around various fields in San Diego.

U.S. Green Chamber Annual Holiday Party!
Join the U.S Green Chamber at Shout House Parlor for amazing pizza, ice cold beers, drinks in a festive atmosphere complete with game room.
