Good Clean Fun - Beach Clean-Up 
 
Is your company looking for a good way to get your employees out of the office and into the community? Our annual Good Clean Fun - Beach Clean-Up event is almost here!

This event will take place at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas, Saturday, August 20th from 9am-Noon

Right after the beach clean-up we will be having an awesome barbecue! There will be meat-free options available to make sure no one gets left out. After the beach clean-up & BBQ why not turn it into a day at the beach to keep the fun going?

Marie-Angele Wilkinson, President of Sierra Natural Cleaners, passion for environmentally-friendly cleaning products began after spending over 20 years in the hotel industry.  AVR Recycling

 

AVR Recycling, an eWaste management company located in San Diego, provides electronic recycling, data destruction and asset recovery services to their clients.

"We take care of properly recycling all of your obsolete electronics," says Ed Pletner, CEO of AVR. "We make sure nothing ends up in the landfill that can be recycled and guarantee that all items are recycled domestically."

Featured Staff Member - Hayley Rodger

 

 

Hayley is a senior at George Mason University, located outside of Washington, D.C. Mason is a diverse and innovative university, constantly finding new ways to become sustainable and make the world a better place.

 

She is a communication major with a focus in journalism and a minor in American History.

 

At the Green Chamber, Hayley is a social media rockstar, blogging, tweeting, posting updates on Facebook, starting conversations on LinkedIn, and constantly learning about and creating metrics for the Chamber's social media.

 

In her free time, she loves going to the beach, hiking, biking, making new recipes, playing music, going on photography adventures, meeting friends for coffee, and spending time with her boyfriend.
