Greetings!

We've been cutting out and decorating cookies around Valley Oak and looking forward to Spring.

We have also been keeping a close eye on events in Sacramento and the budget cuts affecting children and families in our community. You can help us in our work to lessen the impact of these cuts by completing this survey. The information gathered will help us fine tune our message to legislators detailing the impact these drastic cuts have our our community.

Save Child Care ButtonAlso this month, Parent Voices, a grassroots organization advocating for child care funding will be holding their Knowledge Is Power training workshop in Chico. this is an opportunity to learn about the budget cuts facing children and families, and ways to make your voice heard. Please see below for details.
