Transportation Options
Taxi or Shuttle are recommended. All charges are cash and are not included in the convention fee.

Shuttle Information:
Bell Trans is an independent transportation service that is staged at the airport and transports guests to their designated hotel. They service most hotels and will be stopping at other hotels prior to the Golden Nugget. Cost between $8.00- $10.00

The convention will start Sunday, October 25, 2009 at 9AM and end Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at 1 PM.
Dress code is Business Casual
Costume Party is Monday Night; Be creative!

Dress Code & Costume Party
The dress code for the convention will be business casual, please no shorts or T-Shirts.
There will be no formal events, instead we are having a costume party. We request that everyone participates, it will be a great time.
There will be prizes awarded for best costume, best company theme, and much more.

Bylaw Proposed Changes
Notice of bylaw changes at annual convention. Bylaw changes require a 2/3 member vote.
