Mortgage Planning Course - Client Results!
Treat Customer RightAlthough the first Advanced Course in Mortgage Planning was only run a couple of week ago in Sydney, brokers who attended, now called Mortgage Planners, are already receiving results and helping clients to achieve their financial goals.

Here's an email received this week from Lorraine Lyford, one of the first Mortgage Planners.

"I'd like to share my feedback from an appointment I had yesterday.
The couple were referred to me by a colleague and I was confident after our first telephone discussion, that not only could we help improve their financial situation, but they were great candidates for the Power Saver Mortgage, a full Mortgage plan and the budget software.

They are a couple approaching 50, have raised 2 boys, now 19 and 22. 18 months ago she was unfortunately diagnosed with Thyroid cancer and her recovery and treatment meant she was out of work for approx. 12 months. The obvious strain on their finances resulted in 2 credit card debts totalling $55K.

He in particular is very keen to plan for creating wealth through property, while she acknowledges that he is probably right, she still has some concerns.

During our discussions, I showed her the demo Mortgage Plan and she immediately saw the benefits and said how much she loved it.
He was at this stage perhaps thinking they didn't need the budget software but once they both looked at how detailed the Plan was and we talked more on the benefits of the loan structuring etc they were both keen to progress.

This refinance will take them up to 70% of estimated value, and also gives them a $20K buffer for emergencies.  They both thought that was a fabulous idea for peace of mind.

I was with them for a total of 2 hours and left feeling very satisfied that I found a solution that I believe will work beautifully for this couple.

All in all a great result for all concerned. I am looking forward to getting the loan approved and with the plan and software they are on the way to achieving their goals."
