Hi
Welcome back! I hope you all had a fantastic holiday break and are feeling refreshed and ready for a busy year! We certainly are :)
The introduction of the National Consumer Credit Legislation is upon us. We suspect that many of you will now be feeling fully informed and comfortable with the changes, however for those of you who still feel left in the dark, we will be doing our best to help you out. Watch this space for a timeline of the legislation introduction.
We have plenty of courses and workshops for you this year, so keep your ears and eyes open!

JANUARY WEBINAR - SELLING INSURANCE
|

This Months Webinar, with sessions available on both 27th and 28th of January will be covering the topic of 'Selling Insurance':
Personal Insurance - How it
works and how to sell it
A recent survey indicated that
around 79% of brokers are now offering their clients additional products
outside of mortgages, and insurance is number one on the list.
Personal Insurance is a perfect
fit with mortgage broking, providing what can be a very profitable addition to
your business. This might be via selling insurance yourself, or by generating
reciprocal business and referral fees from your referral partners.
Selling insurance is a different
proposition to selling mortgages - it needs to be sold. In this webinar learn
about how personal insurance works, why we need it, how to structure it and how
to sell it. Also learn how to refer insurance deals, and how to find and build
relationships with insurance advisers.
To participate in this Webinar, and earn 18 CPD Points per year, sign up to our hassle-free 12 month CPD Webinar Program. Only $22/month.

DISC WORKSHOP Understanding Workplace Behaviour
|
Successful leaders understand that people are different.
They have the
developed the skills needed to ensure they can adapt their leadership style to
suit the behavioral style and needs of their people. DiSC is a four-dimensional model of human behavior that helps us to understand "why people
do what they do".
Our DISC workshop focuses on:
Providing a simple but powerful mechanism to enable
participants to understand their own behavioral preferences and those of their team members and customers.
- Identifying how to apply this behavioral knowledge to
achieve better sales outcomes and strengthen relationships.
Applying behavioral knowledge for leadership and
management, including:
- Improving their ability to increase employee engagement and motivation.
- Improving recruitment and selection
- Adapting personal communication styles to achieve
greater results
We have delivered these workshops for some of our larger client groups, achieving impressive results. If you are interested in holding a DISC Workshop for your team, or would like to find out more about these effective workshops: Please call Vicki O'Callaghan on 07 3510 3599 or email admin@intellitrain.com.au |
