Snack #1 Guacamole
3 ripe Avocados
1/2 bunch cilantro (chopped)
1/2 medium onion (chopped)
1 tablespoon Original Ellbee's
Peel and mash avocados with fork.
Add other ingredients and mix with fork. Squeeze lime juice over top and cover with plastic wrap tightly to prevent browning. Serve with tortilla chips.

Snack #2 Humus
You can make your own Humus very easy with chick peas and olive oil. But to save time just buy a plain
8-16 oz.container at the store.
Place it in your most festive bowl
add 1 tablespoon of
Chili Lime Ellbee's
to every 8 oz. Mix well and serve with a variety of fresh vegetables. Good for you and easy to make.

Snack #3 Olive Tapenade
1 small jar green olives (drained)
1 can jumbo black olives (drained)
2 teaspoons Lemon Citrus Ellbees
2 tablespoons olive oil
Place all ingredients into food processor, add olive oil slowly and chop until mixed but chunky.
Serve on crusty bread.

Main Course: Chili
2 lbs ground beef or turkey
1 medium onion (chopped)
2 cans chili beans
1 8 oz can V-8
1 can chopped stewed tomatoes
Brown meat with onion, and Ellbee's. Drain excess grease if necessary.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer in crock pot. You can make this the day before so it's even more flavorful. Serve with buttered crackers for a mouthwatering experience.

Chips
Don't care how you slice them, you got to have big bowls of chips! Plain, BBQ. It just isn't foot ball without them.

Sub Sandwich
1 french loaf bread
(split down the middle)
1/2 lb salami
1/2 lb roast beef
1/2 lb ham
1/2 lb provel, or brick cheese
bag of shredded lettuce
pickles, sliced black olives
bannana peppers
sliced tomatoes
sliced onion
Dressing: Mix 1/4 cup Mayo 3 tablespoons Durkeys dressing, and 1 teaspoon Asian Ginger Ellbee''s Assemble sandwich, spread dressing on top side of bread, press together, and cut into sections.
