Hello Wamogo Families and Friends, I hope that everyone made it through the storm with minimal difficulties. It is certainly odd being in the building and having no students or staff around. The missing days caused an adjustment to the marking period and event calendar. Here are a couple of things that I wanted to make sure you know: - The marking period will be extended for four days. That means that the marking period ends on Thursday, November 10, 2011.
- We will still hold parent/teacher conferences on November 10th and November 15th. We felt it was vital to keep the conferences on the days that they were originally scheduled.
- Deb Foley intended to hold a parent meeting about social skills training last week, and obviously that had to be cancelled due to the weather. We will look to get a new date out to parents soon.
- School Picture retakes are set for November 16th and the proofs from original pictures will be in tomorrow.
- There will be no school this Friday. It will be a teacher professional development day and we will still have the Veteran's Day breakfast.
- Ag Open House will be this Wednesday from 4:00-8:00.
I truly hope that all of you have power and that life can begin to get back to normal. For me, I was excited to see the students and staff come back to the building. The students always bring a sense of energy and enthusiasm. Wishing you all the best, Bill Egan |

Coffee House
The Class of 2012 will be sponsoring their final Coffee House fundraiser on Friday November 18, 2011 from 5:30-8:30 pm. Admission is $5 for unlimited coffee/tea and a seat to watch all the student performers. Please come and join the Senior class for their final Coffee House. HS Band Veteran's Day Breakfast Performance As usual, the High School Band will be performing at the Veteran's Day Breakfast this Friday. This performance is one of the biggest performances of the year for the Band and one that the students look forward to. Musical selections to be played will include The Star Spangled Banner, Stars and Stripes Forever and the military hymns of the four branches. Please come out and support our veterans on Friday morning and enjoy some great patriotic music.
