Did you watch the Winter Olympic Games? Personally I am a fan of ice skating.

Ice skaters commit their youth to a very short lived career.

Despite spending 40-50-60 thousands of hours on the ice practicing mental and physical skills, they all accept the fact they will fall and mentally prepare for it, should they fall and calmly resume their routine.

Amazingly after 10's of thousands of hours of practice, their performance and future is decided in less than 5 minutes.

The difficulty of the jumps, spins, connecting moves, steps, and footwork are judged. In addition, their choice of music and how the music is interpreted, are important factors in judging both the short program and the freeskate.

Long story short, study how your clients may judge your company. Remember, like figure skating, your client judges you on communication, appearance, schedules, technical skills & execution. Perhaps the most important score for you is how you interpreted the clients expectation, delivered a great performance & a memorable experience.
