Celebrate Your Customers!
Do
you ever give your customer a standing ovation? I mean a real flag
waving hoopla? Do you make a fuss over them? Do you go over the top
in demonstrating that you see them as the royalty of your business?
- Customers want to be treated like family
- It's not the product that sells, it's the provider
- People buy trust before they buy products
According to Mark Stevens, CEO of MSCO, a results-driven management and marketing firm, and best selling author of Your Marketing Sucks and God Is a Salesman, your clients need to believe.
Your best client is one who has joined the club, drank the cool aid and is a card carrying member of your business. You earn this relationship, it is not easily given. Author Mark Stevens

Word Pictures of Your Business Success
Showcase your "credibility papers". Next time you are in the office of a doctor, attorney, car dealers service area or your clients office, look around... what do you see? Hopefully a wall full of higher learning accreditation, achievements and success.
Do you easily discern the visitors versus the home team when you visit a professional environment? Is your home team recognizable on the job site, in the office, at the bank or while taking a lunch break? What's the first impression?
Vidal Sassoon introduced and marketed it's hair care products during the 1960's by stating, "you never have a second chance to make a good first impression". You will never know where or when that first chance appears. Be ready. Visible evidence of your commitment to life long learning, customer testimonials and awards are major components towards reinforcement of your value. Keep an updated list and pictures of Manufacturers sponsored training you have attended, as well as local, regional, national and international trade shows. |
PCA Dealer Event Details Final Major Event of the Year is This Week!

Time Challenges Us All
Traffic patterns and job schedule conflict is the #1 reason dealers site for non attendance of manufacturer sponsored events. Dealers who have attended PCA events know we respect your time and we provide valuable information to help your business.
In order to make attending this event as convenient to your schedule as possible, we will offer a choice between two dates and four extended sessions. Our first session will begin on Thursday November 12 at 2pm and repeat at 4pm or you can attend Friday November 13 at either 10am or 1pm.
The focus of this event will be active demonstration of luxury performance products. This demonstration is simply not conducive to a traveling demo to your location and it would literally take months to reach all dealers if we could. This demo is a must hear!
Our featured guest will by Jeffrey "James" Coombs of Ambisonic Systems. Jeff's industry career has spanned 40+ years including operating a system integration business, product guru and founder of both James Loudspeakers and his new company, Ambisonic Systems.
Ambisonic Systems premiered at CEDIA ATLANTA this past September with a level of sound performance (high quality and volume) that simply amazed each visitor. If you saw the physical booth layout and heard the demo, you know the system overcame all kinds of barriers that would destroy performance of less capable systems.

Demand for Outdoor Products Skyrocket
According to latest Luxury Tracking Report: "Consumer Spending Trends", conducted by Unity Marketing: Affluent homeowner spending on outdoor living products increased 22.6% from 2007 to 2008, and soared another 33% from 2008 to the first quarter of 2009. Compounded, that's a whopping 63% increase in 2 years!
This finding correlates with anecdotal reports that outdoor entertaining has become a fixture among high income families. Pool & patio parties, lawn parties, barbecue's and cookouts have become important venues for socializing.
Outdoor environments are attractive and relaxing.
Music is key to providing a pleasant mood and ambiance to outdoor gatherings.
This surge in outdoor spending provides dealers with an alluring opportunity. Faced with slowing indoor sales, dealers can combat the trend and open vital new business in the fast-moving outdoor segment.
As the outdoor train gathers speed, AmbiSonic, Sonos and Vutec outdoor projection screens become increasingly attractive as new sources of profit.
