Congratulations Dancers!!!
All teams will compete in 4 competitions this season. This will allow for greater camaraderie at each of our competitions and easier scheduling for families with multiple company dancers.
A Companies: Xcitement & Xclamations (one ballet class required per week)
B Companies: Xhilarations, Xcells, Xpressions, Xcalibur & Xplosions
(one ballet and one technique class required per week)
C Companies: Xperience, Xtremes, Xperts
(two ballet classes and one technique class required per week)
Thank you for auditioning. We celebrate all of our dancers' hard work and success. Finding the most successful placement for all 120+ dancers is definitely a challenge, however we are certain that we have created the best possible teams for each of our dancers. We have spent a great deal of time discussing each and every dancer. Your dancer is now registered for Company Intensive (August 13-23, Monday through Thursday of both weeks). If you have not yet made a payment for Company Intensive, you may do so anytime before Aug. 1. If your dancer will miss any of Company Intensive, please let us know as soon as possible. We will not be able to pro-rate this camp after July 30.
By the end of the week, you will receive a welcome packet in the mail detailing your dancer's class options and schedule. If you want to add or delete any classes, please give us a call or send an email and we will take care of it for you. Our call and email volume will be very high this week. Please leave us a detailed message in case we do not answer and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We will automatically register company dancers for the classes that were marked as "Definitely" on your audition registration form. We will begin this process at Noon today and hope to have all company accounts updated by the end of the day. Since company classes require a placement audition, you will not be able to add your own classes online. However, we can add or delete classes for you at anytime prior to Oct. 31. Don't worry if your classes need adjustment. We have worked hard to check that each of our company dancers' schedules is the best it can be. However, we may have missed something. If so, just let us know and we are happy to help.
You can log in to your account to review your schedule and make a payment at anytime.
All teams dance jazz separately and are often combined based on registration and schedule with other teams for lyrical, tap, hip hop and kick. We will offer a Competition Ballet option in the Fall if the schedule permits and we have enough interest. All dancers are invited to participate in an all-company production routine that will double as our recital finale routine.
