Welcome to the 2012-2013 dance season! If we can help you with your registration, please email or call us anytime.

Fall classes begin on Monday, August 27. Company dancers begin their season at Company Intensive, August 13-23.
 
We will credit the $25 registration fee back for families who pay their first month's tuition and class fees in full by August 1. When you are ready to start the registration process, use the "Register Now" link on the bottom of this newsletter or on our website or give us a call.

How to register...
  Are you registering a new recreational dancer?
If no, skip to the next section. If yes, keep reading...

If you are a new student you will need to set up an account. 

Follow these steps to complete your registration:

Step 1: Go to our online registration page using the "Register Now" link at the bottom of this newsletter. Under "New to the DanceXchange?" click "Register"
 
Step 2: Enter your family info

Step 3: Choose classes  
 *Click on "Enroll in a Class"

*Choose "2012-2013 Classes (Tuition)" to view class offerings and click on the class you wish to add.
 

*You will only see the classes that are the correct age range for your dancer. To see all class offerings at once use this link View Class Schedules.

*Once you choose a class, your tuition will automatically be calculated monthly based on the rate of $56 per hour of class per month.
   
Step 4: Add Class Fees for each performing class 

 

*Click on "Enroll (dancer) in another class"

 

*Go to the "Class Fees 2012-2013" schedule and choose each class again to add the monthly payment toward costume, recital fee and competition fees (if applicable) for each class. If you need help with this step, call or email us and we will add your class fees.

*Your monthly class fee is listed on the description as the "session charge."

*No class fees apply for non-performing ballet and technique classes or our Friday and Saturday morning 18 mo.-3 yrs. Creative Movement classes. Creative Movement dancers have an option to perform in the Spring Recital, but will wear something from home rather than a purchased costume.

Step 5: Make a Payment
 
*Your balance due will reflect your total tuition and class fees for the first month of classes and your annual registration fee of $25.

*If you have multiple dancers and your family surpasses the 4 hour per week single dancer tuition cap, we will add a $28 charge per additional dancer per month after your initial registration.

*Payment must be received at the time of registration to hold the spot in class. If you choose to pay by check or cash at the studio, please remit payment within 5 days of your online registration.

Step 6: See you at the end of August! 

*You will receive an email receipt once your payment is complete.

*Once you have completed your payment, your registration is complete.

*Look for an email regarding dress code and shoe requirements in early August.

  Are you registering a returning recreational dancer?
If no, skip to the next section. If yes, keep reading...

*If you don't remember your password, click on "forgot password." The system will automatically send you an email allowing you to reset your password.  
 
Step 2: Choose your Classes   

 
 *Click on "Enroll in a Class"

*Choose "2012-2013 Classes (Tuition)" to view class offerings and click on the class you wish to add.

  Are you registering a company dancer?

If your dancer has been placed on a 2012-2013 company, your dancer will automatically be placed in any classes that were marked as "Definitely" on your audition registration form. We will begin this process at Noon today. You will also recieve a packet in the mail within the next few days with class options and your dancer's schedule. Call or email us anytime to add or delete classes from your dancer's schedule. 
 
Don't worry if your classes need adjustment. We have worked hard to check that each of our company dancers' schedules is the best it can be. However, we may have missed something. If so, just let us know and we are happy to help.

Each performing class will have a corresponding "class fee." This is a monthly payment toward the total costume, recital and competition fees (when applicable). Each performing class will have two charges on your account register; the tuition charge and a monthly payment toward the class fee. Class fees cannot be cancelled or refunded after Oct. 31. 

Pay your first month's tuition and class fees by August 1st and we will credit the $25 registration fee back to your account.

*Don't forget to pay for your Company Intensive tuition ($200) by August 1st. If your dancer will miss any of Company Intensive please send an email with the the date she/he will miss by July 30. We will not pro-rate Company Intensive tuition after July 30.
