Saturday, June 2, 2:00 p.m., Show B:
All Tuesday classes (recreational & competition), all B Company dances, Boy's Competition Hip Hop & all company dancers in an extended version of Jazz Production for finale.

Sunday, June 3, 2:00 p.m., Show C:
All Thursday & Friday classes (recreational & competition), all C Company dances, Boy's Competition Hip Hop & all company dancers in an extended version of Jazz Production for finale.  
 
Detailed lists of classes assigned to each recital are posted in the studio lobby. Solos, duets and trios interested in performing in recital will receive information via email this week.

The last day of regular classes for this season is Saturday, May 27. There are no regular classes during recital week although some teachers may schedule a make up class. See below for company recital week rehearsals.


Company Dancer Recital Week Rehearsals 
This year's finale routine will be an extended version of our Jazz Production routine. All Company dancers will perform this exciting routine for all three recitals. Company dancers will learn the finale routine in regular class May 21-25. Dancers missing class during that week for any reason must learn the routine before recital rehearsals begin on May 29.

All company dancers must attend the Wednesday, May 30 and Friday, June 1 rehearsals. If you will miss on Tuesday, May 29 or Thursday, May 31 due to a school-related (or otherwise required) conflict, please let us know. 

We will order t-shirts for all company dancers who are not in jazz production. T-shirts are $20 each (due May 20) and are required for your finale costume. Recreational dancers and dancers in Jazz Production will have an opportunity to order shirts in early May. 

Tuesday, May 29 at the studio
Run through all Monday & Tuesday competition dances  
(no costumes) 6:00-7:30 p.m. 
Review finale routine and set places
7:30-8:30 p.m. 
 
Wednesday, May 30 at the Arts Center on 7
Run all competition dances (no costumes) 4:30-7:30 p.m. (exact schedule TBA)
Dress rehearse finale 7:30-8:30 p.m. 

Thursday, May 31 at the studio
Run through all Thursday, Friday & Saturday competition dances  
 (no costumes) 6:00-7:30 p.m.
Run finale routine 7:30-8:30 p.m.

Friday, June 1 at the Arts Center on 7
Dress rehearse finale 7:30-8:45 p.m.
 Recital t-shirt, black pants (no shorts or capris) tan or nude colored shoes or bare feet. Regular competition hairstyle with bun. Hair and make up are not required for this rehearsal.

Recital Tickets

All tickets are reserved seating on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not sell any tickets at the studio in order to put our full attention into preparing your dancer for the recital. You will receive an e-mail reminder with a link to the online ticket order page on April 18. 

 

It is unlikely that we will sell out any of our shows this year; however, you will want to order tickets as soon as you are able if you have a preference regarding your seating assignment.   

 

You will need to print your tickets at home or have your tickets mailed to you. Will call tickets are not available for recital.  

 

Tickets are sold exclusively through Brown Paper Tickets.

Ticket Prices:

$12.50 Adults (3.5% processing fee + .99 service fee per ticket + tax)

$10 Students (3.5% processing fee + .99 service fee per ticket + tax) 

Student ticket rate is for ages 6 through college.

  Child (5 and under) seats are FREE . 

 Ages 5 and under need a free ticket if they need a seat.

 

Any remaining tickets will be available at the door on recital day.  

Adults $15 and Students $12 (at-the-door prices include tax).

Recital Ticket Discounts 

Multiple Show Discount
In order to keep our shows from getting too long, we have split dancers up by class day and company. This, of course, means that dancers and siblings may be in separate shows. If your family has more than one show to attend, you only need to pay for one set of tickets per attendee. When purchasing your tickets, enter the code MULTISHOW for your second and third show tickets. You will only be charged for the first show.

 

Volunteer Tickets
All recital day volunteers get a free ticket to a show that they are not working. Once you have signed up on the volunteer list in the lobby, we will contact you with the password to receive your free ticket. If you purchase tickets before receiving your volunteer code, we will put a credit on your studio account.

Student Rush Tickets
All dancers will receive student rush ticket vouchers two weeks prior to the recital to distribute to her/his friends. Vouchers can be used for a discount on tickets at the door ($6, this rate includes tax).

Vouchers are for students only and and only apply to tickets remaining 30 minutes before showtime.

The dancer who has the most friends use rush ticket vouchers on recital day will receive a $50 credit to her/his studio account to be used for future classes/camps.
