Family, friends and cameras of all types are welcome in all classes this week. This is the final watch week for this season. Snacks and coffee are available at the front desk for our guests!
Recreational Class Picture Day
  Saturday, March 17  
at the studio
  10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.  
This is required for all recreational dancers. Please let us know if your dancer cannot make it so we can plan for her/his absence. Please be ready for your first picture at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled picture time.

  • Extra picture order forms are available at the studio on picture day. You need one color form per dancer and one black and white form for each additional costume. If you are not purchasing a picture, you do not need a form.
  • Forms should be filled out in full before your dancers' picture times. Please check with the Star Photography representative in the lobby to make sure that your forms are correct and that payment has been received.
  • Each class is assigned a specific dressing area. All dancers need to either be able to do their own hair, make-up and costume changes, or have someone there to assist them (females only for female dancers). Please be fully prepared at least 30 minutes prior to your first picture time. Out of respect for your dancer's classmates, we will not wait for late dancers to arrive past your scheduled picture time.
  • Classes will be brought into the blue studio one at a time to line up for group and individual photos. 
  • Dancers are free to leave following their final picture time.
Costume Information

 

Please keep your costume safe and clean prior to the recital. It is too late in the season to replace missing parts, so make sure that your costume pieces are kept together and well marked.

 

If any additional alterations or repairs are needed on your dancer's costume, please leave it at the front desk after pictures with a note detailing what needs to be done. We will take care of the alteration/repair and return your dancer's costume during class time as soon as we are able.

2012 Recital Assignments:

 

Saturday, June 2, 11:00 a.m.: All Monday & Saturday classes (recreational and competition), all LTF classes, all A Company dances, boys hip hop and all company dancers in the finale.

 

Saturday, June 2, 2:00 p.m.: All Tuesday classes (recreational and competition), all B Company dances, boys hip hop and all company dancers in the finale.

 

Sunday, June 3, 2:00 p.m.: All Thursday & Friday classes (recreational and competition), all C Company dances, boys hip hop and all company dancers in the finale. (All LTF classes are in show A)
