Happy October! 
 
If your dancer has not yet been measured for her/his spring recital costume(s) we will complete all measurements by the end of this month. If you are considering adding, switching or dropping a class, please do so by October 31.
 
We finalize our costume orders and recital and competition plans at the beginning of November based on enrollment as of Oct. 31. If you make changes to your enrollment after that date, you will be responsible for all applicable class fees.
 
Costumes arrive in January, February and March. Once they arrive, we will make alterations at no additional cost. We will send costumes with you or your dancer before picture day once alterations and modifications are complete.

Reminder: We do have classes over MEA weekend. Classes are still held on school days off unless noted on our  studio policies & calendar.

Watch Week

October 3-8 
 
 Please join us for our first watch week of the season. Family, friends and cameras of all types are welcome in your dancer's class(es) this week.

 November Tuition and Class Fees Due

You will receive a statement on the 5th of each month. If you are on the recurring payment plan this is just a reminder of the amount that will be charged on the 20th. Your statement will list the due date as the 5th of the month so that you can view your balance and pay before the 20th. All payments are due on the 20th of each month.   
 

 Cold and Flu Season  

Cold and flu season is upon us. We have taken many steps to ensure that our studio is a clean and safe environment during this year's cold and flu season. In addition to our daily cleaning, all of our floors and frequently touched surfaces are disinfected at least once per week. We have instant hand sanitizer in all of the studios and encourage our dancers to wash their hands often.
 
Please help us by taking the following precautions:
 
  • If your dancer is feeling sick, the absence will not be counted against her/him. Please keep your dancer home if there is any chance that she/he is contagious.
  • Dancers with a fever should stay home.
  • Please call us if your dancer will miss class so that we can accordingly.
  • Encourage your dancer to visit the restroom and wash her/his hands upon arriving for class.
