Greetings!

Welcome to all of our new dancers and parents. We are excited for this new season and are glad that you are a part of it!

Do you have a handbook? If not, or you need another copy, we have them available at the front desk.

Please contact us at anytime if you have questions, concerns or feedback. We are here to help.

Please send a note if your dancer will be absent

Our staff works hard to prepare your dancer's class. Help us out by letting us know at least one week ahead of time if your dancer will be absent for any reason.

Absence forms are available at the front desk and can be left in the drop box.

If you do not have an absence form, please send us an email with the following information:
Dancer's name, date of absence and classes to be missed (including teacher's names)

If you are able to attend a make-up class, please let us know.

How can I pay for classes?

Our online registration/payment system automatically sets your account up for 9 equal monthly payments (Aug. 20-April 20).

We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard or Discover online. You may send your payment in the form of cash, check or money order to the DanceXchange or drop it off before the 20th of each month.

We can also process your credit card in person or by phone if you do not have easy access to our online system.

October Tuition and Class Fees Due September 20

Please login to your account using the link below to view your balance due and make a payment. If you have signed up for our recurring payment plan, your credit card will automatically be charged for the balance due on your account on the 20th of each month. Monthly charges post to your account on the 5th of each month and are due on the 20th of each month through April.

Classes are filling quickly!

Of our 32 recreational classes, 8 are already full and many more have just a handful of spaces available.

Thanks to everyone who has put a good word in for us. We are grateful for those of you who have invited your friends and neighbors to join the fun at the DanceXchange.

If you or someone you know is looking to register, don't worry. We are adding new classes each week. If the class you want is full, add your dancer to the wait list and we will contact you about new class options as they become available.

What to do while you wait...

We love to have you hang with us in the lobby. Your children are always welcome to play with our toys, read books, do puzzles and enjoy a movie.

We have snacks and water available in our vending machines in the main floor hallway.

And, if you need a pick-me-up, we have suckers for parents and kids alike at the front desk and are always happy to brew you a cup of coffee at any time, just ask!

Our wi-fi is free and available to all. The password is dancer5678.

We know that at times it gets very busy in our lobby. This is a blessing for us, but sometimes not conducive to reading a book or surfing the web while you wait. This year we have a quiet/study room available upstairs for anyone interested. You can curl up on the couch for a quick nap, do homework at the desk or sit and enjoy some relative quiet time. This room is located between Loft I and the stairway. To get to the quiet/study room, go upstairs and to the right (into Loft I) and take a right.

We also have some great neighbors that you should definitely check out. This month we encourage you to take a quick walk next door to check out MN's newest indoor dog park, Ruff House!
