Are you registering a pre-registered or company dancer?
If you are pre-registered or are on a 2011-2012 company, you have an account set up in our system. If you do not have a password or have forgotten your password, click on "forgot your password?" This will immediately send you an email allowing you to set or reset your password.
Once you are in our system, you will see your family account information. Follow the steps to complete your registration:
Step 1: Check your family info
Step 2: Add or edit student info *Check that your dancers' birth dates are correct. Your dancer's birth date must be entered in order to qualify for the correct classes.
Step 3: Check your dancer's class(es)
*Your dancer has already been placed in her/his fall classes according to your pre-registration preferences. You may add recreational classes to your registration at this time. If you choose to switch or drop a class or add a competition class simply email or call us and we will take care of the change as soon as we are able. Don't worry if your classes need adjustment. We have worked hard to check that each of our 150 pre-registered dancers' schedules is the best it can be. However, we may have missed something. If so, just let us know and we are happy to help.
*Each performing class will have a corresponding "class fee." This is a monthly payment toward the total costume, recital and competition fees (when applicable). Your monthly class fee is listed on the description as the "session charge." This fee will be billed each month and cannot be cancelled or refunded after Oct. 31, 2011.
Step 4: Make a payment *Your balance due will reflect your total tuition and class fees for the first month of classes.
*When asked to accept the terms, don't forget to check the box. If you click "accept" without checking the box, you will need to start your payment process over.
*Payment for your first month's tuition and class fees must be received by August 1st or your pre-registered dancer will be dropped from her/his classes. You will still be able to register after that date, but will need to start the process from the beginning and may miss out on some of the class options. If you need to split or defer your first month's payment, just let us know when to expect your payment and we will not drop your dancer's classes from the system.
