Fall registration
is now open!
 Greetings!

Welcome to the 2011-2012 dance season! Fall classes begin on Monday, August 22. Company dancers begin their season at Company Intensive, August 8-18.

We will credit the $25 registration fee back for families who pay their first month's tuition and class fees in full by August 1. Once you have read the registration instructions, please use the link at the bottom of this email to register for your classes.

Thank you for your business!
How to register...
Are you registering a student who has not pre-registered?
If no, skip to the next section. If yes, keep reading...

If you are a new student you will need to set up an account. This is very quick and easy and detailed under "New to the DanceXchange?" on our registration page (follow the "Register Now" link at the bottom of this email).

If you are a returning family, log in to your DanceXchange account using the link below. If you do not remember your password, simply click on "forgot your password?" and our system will immediately send you an email allowing you to reset your password.

Follow the steps to complete your registration:

Step 1: Enter or check your family info

Step 2: Add or edit student info
*Check that your dancers' birth dates are correct. Your dancer's birth date must be entered in order to qualify for the correct classes.

Step 3: Choose classes
*Next to the student's name click on "add classes."

*Go to the "2010-2011 Classes (Tuition)" to view class offerings.

*You will only see the classes that are the correct age range for your dancer.

*Once you choose a class, your tuition will automatically be calculated monthly based on the rate of $48 per hour of class per month.

Step 4: Add class fees each performing class
*Go to the "Class Fee" schedule and choose each class again to add the monthly payment toward costume and recital fee for each class.

*Your monthly class fee is listed on the description as the "session charge."

*No class fees apply for non-performing ballet and technique classes or our Saturday morning 18 mo.-3 yrs. Creative Movement class.

Step 5: Make a payment
*Your balance due will reflect your total tuition and class fees for the first month of classes.

*If you have multiple dancers and your family surpasses the 4 hour per week single dancer tuition cap, we will be adding a $24 charge per additional dancer per month after your initial registration.

*Payment must be received at the time of registration to hold the spot in class.

*When asked to accept the terms, don't forget to check the box. If you click "accept" without checking the box, you will need to start your payment process over.

*If you choose to pay by cash or check, please send us payment along with a note describing the class for which your dancer wishes to register. Your dancer's spot will be reserved once our staff is able to process your registration and payment. We highly recommend making at least your initial payment by credit card on our secure online system so that your dancer does not miss out on the class of her/his choice.

Step 6: See you at the end of August!
*You will receive an email receipt once your payment is complete.

*Once you have completed your payment, your registration is complete.

*Look for an email regarding dress code and shoe requirements in early August.

*See you in class!
Are you registering a pre-registered or company dancer?

If you are pre-registered or are on a 2011-2012 company, you have an account set up in our system. If you do not have a password or have forgotten your password, click on "forgot your password?" This will immediately send you an email allowing you to set or reset your password.

Once you are in our system, you will see your family account information. Follow the steps to complete your registration:

Step 1: Check your family info

Step 2: Add or edit student info
*Check that your dancers' birth dates are correct. Your dancer's birth date must be entered in order to qualify for the correct classes.

Step 3: Check your dancer's class(es)
*Your dancer has already been placed in her/his fall classes according to your pre-registration preferences. You may add recreational classes to your registration at this time. If you choose to switch or drop a class or add a competition class simply email or call us and we will take care of the change as soon as we are able. Don't worry if your classes need adjustment. We have worked hard to check that each of our 150 pre-registered dancers' schedules is the best it can be. However, we may have missed something. If so, just let us know and we are happy to help.

*Each performing class will have a corresponding "class fee." This is a monthly payment toward the total costume, recital and competition fees (when applicable). Your monthly class fee is listed on the description as the "session charge." This fee will be billed each month and cannot be cancelled or refunded after Oct. 31, 2011.

Step 4: Make a payment
*Your balance due will reflect your total tuition and class fees for the first month of classes.

*When asked to accept the terms, don't forget to check the box. If you click "accept" without checking the box, you will need to start your payment process over.

*Payment for your first month's tuition and class fees must be received by August 1st or your pre-registered dancer will be dropped from her/his classes. You will still be able to register after that date, but will need to start the process from the beginning and may miss out on some of the class options. If you need to split or defer your first month's payment, just let us know when to expect your payment and we will not drop your dancer's classes from the system.
