• Please be READY to dance 1.5 hours prior to each routine. This is not the time you should arrive, but the time you should be fully ready to dance. Please arrive at least 2 hours prior to each routine.
• Remember to leave enough time to park and find our dressing area. 
• All costumes and supplies must be well marked.
• Dancers are required to stay for one awards ceremony as detailed on the schedule.
• If your dancer becomes sick or injured before a competition, please let us know immediately so that we have time to contact your dancer's teammates and make changes to the choreography.
• We will not be at the studio on Fridays of competition weekends. Please check for missing items before Thursday evening.
• This will be a very late evening for Xperience, Xtremes and Xperts. Please plan accordingly. 

 Legacy Schedule

• We do not receive competition schedules until one week prior to each competition. If you have not received an email with the schedule, we do not have any information for you. Remember to leave the entire weekend open until you receive our email.
• Dancers must be present in class the week prior to each competition. We are not able to offer refunds for dancers/dances pulled from competition as a result of absence from class.
