Pumpkin Fluff
Pumpkin Fluff -

Serving Size:6
 
15 oz.can of Libby's pumpkin
1 package of JELL-O Sugar Free, Fat Free pudding mix (vanilla or white chocolate)
2 cups skim milk
1 cup Fat Free Cool Whip
 
 
Prepare pudding according to package directions, then add pumpkin.
 
To finish it off, fold in a cup of Fat Free Cool Whip. 
 
Nutritional Information per serving:  85 calories, 1.1 g fat, 3.7 g protein, and 130 mg calcium
