September Meeting

We had our meeting at the Renton Pavilion Event Center where Seattle Mariners Chef Jeremy Bryant's team hosted the event. I would like to thank our host Cami, and cooks Scott, Mike and Joe for the great tasting appetizers and excellent service.

I would like to thank Chef Takeyuki Suetsugu AAC for his informative demonstration about Japanese Cuisine. Chef Tak has been a long time member of our local American Academy of Chefs and our Chapter. Chef Tak is a Japanese Master Chef and his skill and cooking knowledge was a wonderful experience.

During the meeting, Chapter Trustee Walter Bronowitz CEC CCE AAC, presented the Joseph Sir Scholarship to Renton Technical College student Tony Sumpter. Tony will be using his $1,000.00 scholarship to advance his culinary career.
