President Satsuma Cooking School Takeyuki Suetsugu June Meeting Thank you Jeffery Stern, F&B Manager and Executive Chef Clint for hosting our June meeting at the Muckleshoot Casino. We had some very creative Northwest style appetizers and the service was great. I would also like to thank Pastry Chef Richard Carpenter of the Le Cordon Bleu Schools for showing us the fine art of constructing sugar showpieces. Chef Richard is a true artist and a great teacher.
