Chef Instructor and Beekeeper Isaac Frerichs will talk about honeybees, varietal honeys and the use of locally produced honey in both sweet and savory applications. A tasting trio will be served by Kitchen Academy faculty and students.  This "sweet" educational opportunity will be eligible for CEHs (Certification Education Hours)
