| My New Year's Wish

In the nine years I've been in practice, you have all been my teachers as well as my healers, and I thank you all. Were it not for my experiences with you, I would not be so deeply sure of my wish as we move into a new year.
My wish for us all is that we remember what we forgot a long time ago: that we are far stronger than we believe we are; have a greater capacity to love than we think we do; have the ability to heal emotional and physical wounds that we may have come to believe define us; contain all the creativity we need to meet the challenges ahead; and have the capacity to be completely authentic and true to ourselves in this second, right now. And now. And now. And there is only now, if we can just remember it. |

HPV Vaccine Warning

Some of you have asked me about the HPV vaccine (to prevent cervical cancer), particularly for your daughters. Intuited information has always indicated strongly that it should be avoided.
