Witnessing to Muslims from Mark 12

This week I was having a discussion with a Muslim on Facebok. He eventually took the conversation to Mark 12 which allowed me to swing the conversation easily back to the Law. I pray that this BLOG will be useful to you in your witness to Muslims and others.

Paul tells us in Romans 10 that "faith comes by hearing". Turns out that there is a ministry by that name that provides audio Bibles for free in over 500 languages. You can download dramatized Bibles (even in ESV) to listen to on your computer. Or you can go to the iTunes App Store or Android Marketplace and download the Bible.is app for your phone. The app provides a reading/listening plan to listen to the New Testament in 40 days or the whole Bible in a year. This is a wonderful resource for believes and unbelievers alike. Faith Comes By Hearing offers a "proclaimer" device which is able to play the audio Bible to groups of up to 300 people. I spoke to their ministry office about how to obtain these devices and ship them overseas. I am thinking that this could be a valuable tool for some of our overseas ministry contacts to go hand in hand with their preaching.
