Favorite Fishing Hole
| |  West End DART Station
When I talk to fishermen, they often have a favorite pond, lake or stream to fish out of. Same with golfers and their favorite golf course. Well, the same is true for me. I have some favorite places to "fish for men". One of them is the Dallas West End DART station.
During the cooler months, we are able to go to the DART Station at lunch time to witness. The location is great for open air preaching, one on one conversations and tract distribution. Last Friday, I had the day off work. I was joined by Craig, Brian, David as well as Tim Crawford and Bill Adams. One man heard Tim preaching and asked if he could give his testimony. It was amazing to hear this man from his heart tell how he had been born again!
The Living Waters Lie Detector is very popular at the DART station as well. People will actually come to me to ask what it is and if they can try it. Then we witness to them and give them Good Card tracts.
If you don't already have a favorite fishing hole, then I'd pray about finding one. It is really great to be able to return to the same spot already knowing the lay of the land!
On Thursday we held our October First Thursday Prayer for our nation, leaders and revival. Over 70 people participated in several locations. Would you consider joining us on November 4th? You can read about the event in the BLOG.
500,000On Sunday night I placed an order for tracts for the tract club for December and January mailings. With this order, the ministry has now ordered over 500,000 tracts since its inception! It also accounts for over 300,000 tracts this calendar year that have been ordered. The November mailing of the Bezeugen Tract Club will go in the mail tomorrow. If you are not already enrolled, please enroll right now so that we can include your mailing in the bulk mail going to the post office tomorrow! Congratulations to Leslie
Many thanks to Brian, Robert and Ellen who manned the  Bezeugen table at the Texas Revival Series last weekend. We appreciate all those who stopped by our table to learn about the ministry. Congratulations to Leslie who won the cargo shorts with over 600 tracts as well as Evangelism resources including books, CD's and DVD's. Enjoy! On Sunday, several people went out to the Dallas Cowboys game in Arlington and handed out the Dallas Cowboys edition of the Football Trivia tract that we had printed. Praise God, about 3,000 of these tracts were distributed along with the preaching of the Gospel! Looking Ahead
As we look forward, the following things are going on: Tomorrow the November mailing of the Bezeugen Tract Club will go to the post office. We now have over 650 members. The mailing will include a new tract for sharing the titles and attributes of Jesus. You can read the background story on the who is described by tract. Tomorrow, Thursday, October 14th we will return to the West End DART station at lunch time. Come join us if you are able!
Our 33rd Basic Evangelism Training Seminar will take place October 21st in Carrollton, TX at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. You can enroll online. We are planning to host an Open Air Campaigners training in early October. Watch this newsletter for an announcement coming soon with the details. |

- Praise that we found a translator for Urdu version of the God's Way / Man's Way tract. Now we need a typsetter so we can lay out and print the tracts.
- Financial support for continued growth of the tract club.
