Greetings!
Last Saturday I was in Norman, OK visiting my mom, siblings and their families. While we were there, we were able to do an outreach near the campus of the University of Oklahoma.
This Saturday is the Christmas Parade in Dallas. This is one of the biggest gatherings of people in the DFW metroplex. We have 16,000 Christmas tracts to hand out. If you are able, please come and join us. If not, please pray for us. You can read the logistics in the BLOG.
We will be packaging the December mailing of the tract club on Monday, December 7. If you are able to join us, we would be grateful for your help. Tract club members can preview our New Year Resolutions tract in the members area of our website (use the username and password that was in your December mailing). If you are not a tract club member, or you know friends that would enjoy membership, the please enroll online.

As You Go - Matthew 28:19 |

Part 10 - Ambassador's Academy
In
the summer of 2007, my wife and I went on our date night to downtown
Dallas to go to dinner and then meet up with some folks from "The Great News Network" that were doing open air preaching and witnessing. I had
felt the call of God to do open air. Yet, I had no idea how to do it.
And I had never even seen anyone doing it. I observed for a couple of hours
as different folks took turns on the "box" sharing the law and the
gospel. I knew I had no idea what I was doing, but I had listened to
some Ray Comfort audio lessons that explained what to do. So finally, I
took my turn on the box. I can't recall exactly what I said that night.
But, I was glad that I had taken the step of faith to share the Gospel
in the open air. The experience confirmed my calling that this is what
God wanted me to do. I got some contact information from a couple of
folks that were there that night and I talked with another friend that
does some open air. Several times we talked about having them train me
to do open air preaching. Yet, our schedules rarely synced up until one
night in May 2008. Two friends and I meet up at the Shops at Legacy in
Plano, but eventually ended up on Oak Lawn (the gay bar district) in
Dallas. With two open air experiences under my belt, I felt called for
more. Yet, I still did not have a good game plan for learning. I
ordered DVD's from Living Waters and Mark Cahill. I watched those and I
continued studying. During this time frame, Living Waters launched the
Ambassador's Academy. I knew it was the answer to my prayers of how to
get some hands on training and learn how to open air preach.

Prayer Requests |
|
We appreciate your prayers
- Pray for something big that God is showing me. I'll provide details soon.
- Organizational efforts for witnessing at the Dallas Christmas Parade on THIS SATURDAY!! This is one of the biggest events in Dallas each year. Last year the crowd was estimated at 400,000! Pray about your personal involvement. Could you hold a video camera and shoot video? Could you come and take pictures of the event? Could you work at a prayer booth? Could you hand out tracts? Could you pick up trash? Could you help go back and forth to the car and bring more tracts to those that are distributing? Can you pray for the event fervently - especially that God will raise up workers? Can you send a tax deductible donation to help cover the costs of printing as many as 50,000 Gospel tracts for this event?
- Pray for the development and ideas of some new tracts.
- Please pray for Moses in Uganda as he continues to take mission trips and share the Gospel. The tracts we sent in June have arrived in Uganda. Read the latest Grace Bible Church monthly newsletter to hear how they were used.

So Barnabas went to Tarsus to look for Saul, 26and
when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. For a whole year they
met with the church and taught a great many people. And in Antioch the
disciples were first called Christians.
