The UN General Assembly proclaimed 21 May the World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue in its resolution 57/249.

 

The World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development provides us with an opportunity to deepen our understanding of the values of cultural diversity and to learn to "live together" better.

Tips for Doing Business in

Slovakia

1) According to the research, people are task-oriented in Slovakia. Give clear, direct instructions and you'll get the results you want.

 

2) Slovakians can be outspoken and critical in nature. Don't be offended, it means they're interested in what you have to say.

 

3) Many Slovakians (the younger generation mainly) have lived and worked outside Slovakia. They are flexible, mobile, and their English-language skills are often excellent.
