When it comes to Audio Conferencing, many of our customers don't know that they have missed savings. Putting more money back in your pocket starts with understanding what hidden fees to look for.
Extra costs may include:
- Additional Fees for a Paper Invoice
- Charges for setting up a new Chairperson or Moderator
- Conference Minimums, meaning you pay a minimum rate for the call
- Conference Surcharges applied to the sub total of the invoice, typically 7%
- Universal Service Fee (USF) of 11% if your supplier is based out of the U.S.
- Non contracted rates that have been increased without your knowledge
When looking at your conferencing invoice, take the pre tax charges and divide it by the total number of minute you will see your actual cost per minute. This is known as the fully loaded cost of a conferencing minute. Why pay more when you don't have to. |
