New recycling news from Mary Keesee:
Here is another way to recycle if you are into buying things at Best Buys. Go into their web site; www.bestbuys.com, under "product support, recycling" and see what all they take, who they take it to for recycling and how their gift card system works. You end up not having to pay the $10 fee for TV's less than 32", monitors w/o CPUs or laptops; you receive their $10 gift card in return. They do limit up to 2 items a day per household and you must remove your hard drive or pay the Geek Squad to do it for you.
We have heard from a few more people so can make another run to MOLAM which is now called and under the web site www.Recycletronics.com. Lori Luster is their customer service specialist. Their phone number is 770 420-5202, same as before. |
