L.I.G.H.T. offers training to the public and other industries through its roster of 37 courses and its growing selection of metalworking seminars and workshops. In cases where the standard program or course is not specifically what the customer desires, we customize training to suit the customer's need.  We also provide consultation assistance on a wide range of services spanning from metalworking skills, to quality, lean manufacturing, safety and more...  Taking advantage of our staff's core competencies, we are able to provide technical writing services for both internal and external customers. We have produced many materials, such as machine user/operator manuals, process picture maps, and visual training aids for a variety of customers and applications.
