We really, really, really need your help!

Greetings!

We need churches, Bible study groups and businesses to partner with us in collecting toys for our annual Kingdom Flight Christmas outreach event at the Una Esperanza ministry center in Juarez, Mexico. Our goal this year is to collect 500 gift boxes filled with toys and gifts for the children and time is running out!

Your part is easy - fill a shoebox or bag with gifts (including at least one toy valued at $10 or more), include a donation of at least $5 to cover shipping for each box or bag, and drop them off at a sponsoring church, business, mail them to us, or call our office and we'll make arrangements to pick them up.  We then deliver the gifts to Una Esperanza in Juarez and they are distributed to hundreds of smiling faces during the event.

We ask that you prayerfully consider helping us in bringing toys to these forgotten children during this Christmas season!  Please email Lesli for more information.

Riding through Tarahumara Indian country in Copper Canyon, Mexico during our November 08 trip.
Hunting Indians for Christ
 KingdomFlightlogo
The primary goal of Kingdom Flight is reaching the Tarahumara Indians of Mexico for Christ.  There are roughly 70,000 Tarahumara scattered throughout the Copper Canyon area 250 miles south of the Una Esperanza ministry center in Kilometer 33.  Surprisingly and in spite of the close proximity to the U.S., many of these 70,000 Tarahumara have never heard the gospel!

We just returned from a two-week trip to Copper Canyon in Mexico.  Texas State SIFE (Students In Free Enterprise) is interested in funding another convenience store through Kingdom Flight and 50% of the profits of this store would benefit the Tarahumara Indians in this area directly.  We're hoping to begin construction of this project in January.

We'll be establishing this store through Highways and Hedges Ministries in the small town of Creel.  Highways and Hedges Ministries is a ministry primarily focused on bringing water to many of the Tarahumara Indian villages that desperately need a clean and reliable water system.  They say that by bringing the physical water, it opens the doors to sharing the living water, and we agree.

We're hoping to reach the Tarahumara Indians in the Copper Canyon area by establishing another Una Esperanza ministry center in the Creel area soon and we greatly appreciate your prayers for this.  We do covet your prayers and financial gifts, and please know that we couldn't do what we do without your faithfulness!

Children surround the Kingdom Flight truck in a remote Tarahumara Indian village in Copper Canyon, Mexico.  The vast majority of the estimated 70,000 Tarahumara Indians live in remote villages such as this and the Copper Canyon area is five times the size of Grand Canyon and encompasses over 50,000 square miles!

The Una Esperanza-Juarez ministry center is busier than ever!  So many kids visit Una Esperanza each day that we now have to feed them in shifts!
It's not too late for a great mission opportunity!   KingdomFlightlogo

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."
Matthew 28:19

"Go!" These were the very last instructions from our Lord before He ascended into heaven.

Kingdom Flight offers a great opportunity to "Go" for those who may have never been on a mission trip before.  It's not too late to join us for our annual Christmas outreach event at Una Esperanza in Juarez, Mexico this December 18-21.  Through this event, you'll have the opportunity to become the hands and feet of Christ as we reach out to "the least of these" during this Christmas season.

We'll be staying at the Best Western Hotel in El Paso,Texas and driving across the border to Una Esperanza each day during this four-day event.  We'll provide crafts, games, Bible lessons, and a gospel presentation to the children.  We then distribute hundreds of gifts to needy children during the Saturday Christmas fiesta event.

The cost of this trip is $70 per night for the hotel room which can accommodate up to four, the cost of meals, plus a $45 per person registration fee to help us offset our expenses.  You will also want to budget for the cost of personal transportation to and from El Paso, Texas.  We encourage individuals, families, and groups to attend this event and we're confident that it will bless you incredibly!

Click here to download the PDF with information about the event and please feel free to contact our office for more information.

 Mexico at War

KingdomFlightlogo

The Mexican army has set up this outpost which includes a machine gun nest along the U.S./Mexican port of entry we normally cross near Santa Teresa, New Mexico.

Mexico is at war against the drug cartels and thousands have been killed throughout Mexico this year as a result. Over 1100 people have been murdered in Juarez alone since January.  We ask that you please pray for the situation and for our safety in travel.
