We have been busy setting up our new office on the Pearl St. Mall in Boulder (see our ribbon cutting photo above), taking a few trips ourselves, and continuing on our search to find the best adventures on the planet.

Nepal: Charity Trip and Annapurna Trek

In 1998 our charity partner, Charities Within Reach, began the "Free A Child" initiative to help prevent sex trafficking of Nepali girls to India. Working in remote poor villages in Nepal, Free A Child has changed the lives of hundreds of girls and women living in areas where sex-trafficking is rampant.

On September 28, 2010, a group will head to Nepal to visit a training center where young women are provided with educational opportunities allowing them to take control of their lives.

After their visit to the training center, participants on this 19-day trip will depart for a 6-day Annapurna Teahouse Trek. A few spots remain on this trip, so anyone interested in participating should contact us for detailed information.

Train to Machu Picchu

The region around Machu Picchu was affected by severe floods this winter. The flooding affected access to Machu Picchu and disrupted regular train service.

In welcome news to the local economy and visitors of the ancient Inca city, Peru Rail has returned to their normal train service after months of limited service.

Now visitors can easily travel between Cusco and Machu Picchu!
