  At JREM we clean windows by hand both inside and outside of your home or workplace.  We use a professional product called Glass Gleam-4 that leaves windows looking great as well as being safe for you, your pets, and the environment. Gleam-4 is applied using a soft bristled brush that will not scratch glass or film, but is strong enough to remove dirt and debris. Then we use squeegees to ensure a streak free shine. We finish off your windows by wiping the corners of the glass to prevent drips, removing large debris from the window frame, and finally wiping down windowsills and screens when applicable.  More thorough cleaning of sills and screens is available, as well as scraping your windows free of paint and other substances that require a razor blade. Also, window maintenance plans are available to keep your property looking its best.
      Having clean windows can really help the appearance of your home or office. Not only does it increase curb appeal from the outside, sunshine and reflecting light "warm" and brighten the internal areas of the cleaned glass. It also helps thwart the development of hard water and other stains. Whether it is your entire home or just the hard to reach windows in the foyer or great room, the appeal of clean windows is clearly seen! 

  
     

  Gutter Cleaning 

      At JREM your gutters will be cleaned out by hand using an extension pole and scoop. Our ladders are equipped with stabilizer bars that keep the weight of the ladder on the roof and not the gutter. The debris will be placed in buckets and bags and then distributed in a natural area on the property or taken to one.  We will clean the roof valleys of debris, check all downspouts for clogs, and make sure any dropped debris is cleaned up. For your peace of mind, gutter maintenance plans are available to ensure clean and properly flowing gutters.
      An often-overlooked chore, keeping clean gutters is important for a number of reasons. Your gutters are there to keep water off the foundation of the home. Years of water damage to a foundation can cause serious structural damage to your home. Also, full gutters help encourage creation of the black stains on the gutters due to rain run off. Finally, gutters are a perfect breeding ground for some of your least favorite houseguests known as bees, ants, and cockroaches.   

 

JREM offers both high and low pressure washing and chemical applications for various types of surfaces.  Our services include low pressure chemical washing of houses and buildings, as well as pressure washing of concrete, stone, bricks stucco, and wood. 

 

      

At JREM we use a low pressure chemical wash to rid your house or building of mold and mildew, dirt and debris, and other various messes. The low pressure ensures undamaged exteriors, while the chemical does the cleaning. It is safe to use on any type of material. House washing is a great method for removing the green mold that grows on the north face of property, priming for painting, removing cobwebs, rinsing off pollen, and ensuring the life of painted surfaces. 

 

                                  

JREM can clean your decks, fences, and other woodwork using our chemical application and low pressure washing process. First our crew will apply a product called CPR to aid in mold and mildew removal and help brighten all types of wood. The product allows a more gentle pressure wash that will restore the wood to a like new appearance, without any damage.  Wood cleaning is an essential service before re-sealing or re-staining your woodwork. 
 

 

 

  

        

 Hard Surface Cleaning 
      

JREM offers high pressure washing and chemical application for all of your concrete, brick, and stonework needs. Concrete, brick, and stone are often very porous surfaces that encourage the build up of dirt and the re-growth of mold on a yearly basis.
