I believe 2010 will be a year of stabilization and potential growth.  As members of this great industry we will need to keep our eye on Unemployment and HealthCare.  Be sure to have your voice heard!

2009 was an extremely successful year for Global Cash Card and COATS. Our clients saw a significant decrease in check fraud by implementing the pay cards for their employees. Another free service offered to COATS clients through Global Cash Card! Be sure to review for your agency.
 
Please investigate Essential StaffCARE as an option for healthcare for your temporary employees. It's free to you as an employer and is a huge benefit for your employees. I've listed information below.

Year-End is coming to a close. All W2's should be post-marked and mailed as of January 31st, 2010.  We will soon be meeting to discuss our Enhancements for 2010.

 We want to hear from you! What do you love, what would you like changed, enhanced, and added? 

 

Below are some of the changes we will be discussing and choosing depending on existing customer input:

 

COATS Standard:

- adding the Integration of Global Cash Card

- creating Online Applicant application within Employee Master Record

 

COATSsql:

- Ability to scan and parse portions of a resume when an Employee is already in the system.

- Ability to recognize duplicate resumes when parsing

- Enhancements, modifications to the PDF Invoicing

- Adding default Region, Branch Department to all reports

- Adding default signature within User Preference for integrated Email

- No SSN #'s to be added beginning with an 8

MoneyStimulus for Staffing! 
 
2010 is projected to be a strong year for staffing.  Does your staff have all the tools to take advantage of the upturn?  Our Stimulus for Staffing program is available for three days only.  COATS is offering licenses at $1,000 per license for existing clients only.   Take this opportunity to have your entire Front Office Staff on COATS or save money by running your own back office.  Online Training is offered every month to help with new users or consider our video training series!

Global Cash Card is our Integrated partner for pay cards.  This service is free to all COATSsql clients and hopefully within 2010 all of our COATS Standard Clients.
