          4 years
 
2.       What is your favorite thing about staffing? 
          Knowing that we are helping  our community.
 
3.       What was the best staffing advice you ever received? 
          Treat everyone you are helping find a job as you want them to treat you if
          you were looking for one.
 
4.       Currently, what is your firms largest challenge? 
          Immigration
 
5.       Currently, what is the largest challenge facing our industry?
           Immigration reform.
 
6.       Do you have a favorite networking group or association and why?
          Yes, Linkedin is my favorite. You can network with professionals from all
          different industries.
 
7.       What advice would you give someone entering the industry?  
          Think about it very hard! Very rewarding but a lot of hours.
 
8.       How do employees of your firm keep updated on industry law or
          certifications?    Seminars, conferences and journals
 
9.       If you had a crystal ball, what would it tell you about our industry over the
          next year?  Unfortunately more companies will be filing chapter 7 or 11.
 
10.     Favorite business book?
          So many to pick from, two are (GOD is my CEO and Think and Grow Rich).
