Encouragement from Dr. Rita
(And A Challenge For You To Help Other Eden Dieters)

  Dr. Rita Hancock

Let me start by thanking you. On those days at the office when I feel particularly worn down, all I have to do is check my emails and Eden Diet guestbook entries, and you encourage me. Your weight loss success makes this incredible amount of "extra" work I am doing seem worthwhile.
Everybody needs encouragement. I do. You do. And other Eden Dieters do, too.
That's why I would like to offer a special incentive to those who are willing to encourage others on this plan.
If you have lost a substantial amount of weight eating according to the hunger pangs on the Eden Diet (e.g. 20-50 pounds or more), and if you are willing to show your "then and now" photos on the internet, or if you're willing to send me a short video clip describing your Eden Diet experience, please email me at rita[dot]hancock[at] I will personally answer you, find out more about your story, and arrange for you to receive a free Eden Diet gift after you submit your photos and permission to display them. That's my way of thanking you for being an encouragement to others by letting them see your success first-hand.
Remember, you don't have to be "all the way finished" in your weight loss to be a source of encouragement to those who come behind you. And you don't have to be or look perfect. You just have to be willing to help.
"May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you a spirit of unity among yourselves as you follow Christ Jesus" Romans 15:5
