June is our month to celebrate Cooperatives and Collaboration.
 
Oregon Center for Environmental Health works with the Healthy Foods in Hospitals campaign to encourage sustainable purchasing throughout the Pacific Northwest. Check them out in the community space.
 
Let's all cross our fingers for some sunshine this next week! Greenville Farms, Northwest Organics, Thompson Farms and Baird Family Farms are all planning to bring their bounty of vegetables and fruits once the weather warms. Until then, here are the fresh pickings for the week:
