Accounts Payable Clerk

 
Accounts Payable ClerkAre you extremely detail-oriented and can excel in a fast-paced and fun environment?  Do you enjoy working in a team and have the ability to reach out for help as well as help others when needs arise?  A great organization in Wesley Chapel is searching for an individual with accounts payable experience to join their team.  Responsibilities are as follows:
*Process invoices on a weekly basis
*Assist in month-end closing
*Back-up for payroll
*Filing and other administrative duties as needed
 
Experience using LightSpeed (Dealership accounting program) or equivalent accounting software is highly preferred, but not required.  Qualified individual must possess exceptional oral and written communication as well as organizational skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a very professional manner.

Service Technician

 
Service TechPerformance Honda of Wesley Chapel needs mechanics, beginner or master tech. We have a special opening for a senior tech.
 
Job Purpose:
Responsible for the timely completion of assigned repair, warranty and preventive maintenance service on vehicles in accordance with approved quality and efficiency standards.  Promote and attain high standards for superior workmanship. 
 
 
  
 
 
Responsibilities:
*Retrieve customer vehicles into service area for service preparation. 
*Review service orders and inspect vehicles accordingly for additional repairs or malfunctions by test driving or troubleshooting vehicle operation.
*Apply technical knowledge to diagnose cause of vehicle malfunctions.
*Examine motorcycle to identify necessary repair or maintenance items that may not be included on the repair order, and communicate to Service Manager.
*Obtain final approval prior to performing additional repairs.
*Notify service manager immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined on repair order is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed by the time promised.
*Perform repairs and maintenance service work requested in accordance with approved quality and efficiency standards.
*Communicate with the service manager to obtain needed parts.
*Apply knowledge and ability to safely utilize all tools and equipment to include:   - pneumatic and hand tools - tire mounting/balancing/alignment machines - pressure washers - hydraulic jacks - welding equipment - vehicle lifts - diagnostic equipment  
*Retain and tag removed parts under warranty for return to manufacturer.  Save and tag parts of the job if requested by the customer.
*Test-drive and assure proper operation of all vehicles in accordance with Department of Motor Vehicle standards.  The use of helmets on test drives is mandatory.
*Complete vehicle inspections according to established procedures.
*Completed service related paperwork in detail and legible format.
*Maintain technical competence by attending all classes and shop meetings as requested, and reading all service bulletins to maintain needed skills.
*Maintain work area and customer vehicles in a clean and orderly manner to meet safety requirements determined by dealership and government agencies.
*Discard residual waste or hazardous materials using the proper disposal methods.
*Account for all dealership owned tools at all times.  Return them to the proper place and in the same condition as they were received.
*Report machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor.
*Perform other related duties as assigned.
