This place is a dying breed:
A real Florida crab shack on the water. The crabs are stored in tanks on the deck, the drinks are strong, and the view of sunset over the Gulf is phenomenal.

The menu focuses on whatever the fishing boats bring, so be careful to order what's fresh: Crabs, shrimp, fish.  Fried and broiled are the choices, and the platters are generous and inexpensive.

What's MOST amazing is the ride to get there: about 8 miles from the nearest state highway, through marshes and estuaries. We've seen both a headless alligator and whooping cranes on the way.

This is THE road to ride bike down, full of curves and straights.

The atmosphere is great, have a drink order a basket of onion straws or steamed shrimp and relax.
