New Billing Format
phoneTelcoplus has just released its new and easier to read billing format.  Keep in mind that you can receive your bill in hard copy by post or as a PDF email attachment.  You can also manage your account online via the customer portal on our website www.telcoplus.com.au Just enter your account number (on your bill) and password.  To arrange access to the customer portal and to get your password, contact us at [email protected]
Your First Bill
manYour first bill will normally be higher than normal because it will be for more than one month.  This is because, in addition to standard monthly charges in advance, there will be an additional pro rata component in arrears backdated to the day you came on board.  Future bills will then settle down to the standard one month in advance charges. Telcoplus bills are issued at the end of the month and payment is due by the 15th of the following month.  All payment options are available including convenient direct debit from your bank or credit card.
httpTelcoplus customers are smart because they get personalised service from a dedicated account manager.  We work on a first name basis and are your trusted supplier for all you phone, mobile and internet services.

Introducing Multi Line
LG Aria
Multi Line is an Optus service that provides fully digital links designed for PBX's using high usage direct digital connections back to the Optus exchange.  It provides primary rate ISDN services, with each connection supporting between ten and thirty trunk lines, and is available in formats complying with Austel standard TS014 or ETSI TS038 common signalling protocol.  Local Number Portability allows you to move or "port" your indial numbers to Optus, so there is no need to change yoor telephone numbers if you are changing carrier.  Optus Multi Line does not, however, support data traffic or provide the supplementary services of ISDN as it is purely a voice telephony service.
International Roaming
travelsim
Telcoplus can assist customers reduce the high costs of mobile international roaming when travelling overseas.  Before travelling, make sure you have your phone enabled for international roaming.  We then recommend setting up a diversion to your voicemail before you leave and encourage callers to text you if required.  The use of SMS is substantially cheaper than voice calls.  Note that usually you are charged to both make and receive voice calls.  As an alternative you may consider using an international SIM product such as TravelSIM.  For more information about TravelSIM, click on to the following link:
